She is one of only a handful of solicitors in Fife who practise in the field of Employment law.  She has conducted numerous  Employment Tribunals throughout Scotland during her career.  Her knowledge of the inner workings of a Local Authority is often of assistance. Amanda is also a Notary Public.

Paul Buist

Paul studied and trained in Edinburgh. He brings more than 30 years of conveyancing and property law experience to Lynn Herbert & Co., having previously worked for both large law firms in Edinburgh and a local firm in Leven, as well as for the Land Register of Scotland.

Paul specializes in residential property, dealing with all types of property matters in an efficient, professional and jargon-free way. Whether you are buying or selling your main home, a second or holiday home or buy-to-let property, Paul will guide you through the process from start to finish. He will make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. If you are looking to remortgage or to release equity from your property, Paul can deal with that too. The format of title deeds has improved greatly over recent years but there may still be times when it still looks gobbledygook. If you find yourself in a position where you need to know what the gobbledygook actually means (e.g. if you are in dispute with a neighbour about a boundary), ask Paul. He will be glad to help.

Paul raised his family in Fife and enjoys studying foreign languages, travelling, dining, and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.
